Of course there’s a catch. You have to do a very specific workout with your HR Monitor or Power Meter. It’s not a lot of fun.
FWT has you covered. Sunday January 31st is FTP Sunday! Come do this workout, including a warm up-short intervals and a long one too. Cheryl will then analyze your data and send you the corrected power/HR zones. Doing this together will “enhance” the joy and efficacy of this workout.
